While you could buy burlap and cut it into these neat little flag shapes yourself, Recollections sells 12 burlap panels and twine together at Michael's arts and crafts superstore.
I used white fabric paint to write the word "thankful"
The package comes with twine but I found it difficult to use with the burlap so I used fabric tape to attach hold the panels together.
One roll of fabric tape was just enough to line the tops of the panels on both sides.
leave a little bit of excess fabric tape on the sides either to hang or hold on to.
